At this time, ShowerStretch™ mainly provides a free digital routine and early access updates. The ShowerStretch™ Starter Pack and other physical products may be made available in the future. This policy applies to any paid physical products purchased through our website.
## Free Digital Routine
The free ShowerStretch™ routine is delivered digitally, usually by email or through a download link.
No physical shipping is required for the free routine.

## Physical Products
When ShowerStretch™ physical products become available, shipping options, delivery times and shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Estimated processing and delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to product availability, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, high order volume or other factors outside our control.

If pre-orders become available, estimated shipping dates will be shown before purchase where possible. Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, supply, logistics or other operational reasons.
